What you are looking at is the Homeopathic remedy Ruta

This is 30C potency, and is supplied by Helios, where the remedies are hand made by Homeopaths, for homeopaths, to the traditional methods.

The remedy comes in a sealed single pill dispenser, which is eay to operate.  The dispenser contains approx 100 pills.

Ruta is the No 1 remedy for Injuries to the tendons and bone surfaces.

Also it is one of the first remedies to be considered for eye-strain (maybe looking at the computer screen too long!)  There may well be headaches associated with this

Ruta workes deeper then, but has a less distinct picture than Rhus Tox.  Although the pain does not receed with continued motion.

Bones feel damaged

There may be a feeling of dispair. 

There may be lameness after strains,  There may also be a weakness of the joints. Very well suited to wrist problems (RSI) the wrists feel as if they are broken

The knees may give way when walking
