Usage
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. One, or up to two tablets a day. Do not exceed the recommended intake. The delicious lemon flavoured chewable tablet is completely edible. If preferred swallow whole with a cold drink. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
